The Seasons of Lake Burton supplies the opportunity to buy all or part of a newly constructed home on Lake Burton. Each home represents twelve (12) shares. A shareholder will have the right to use the home for one week per season for a total of four weeks per year for each share owned.
Pricing depends upon your level of interest. People may wish to own a whole, half, third, quarter, sixth or twelfth of a house. Others might like to own a Lake Burton home with some of their friends. This is an excellent opportunity to do just that.
